Role Summary
HMR is seeking experienced Production Drill Operators for projects in the Central West NSW region.
This is a full-time role for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for ongoing placement with our client.

Key Responsibilities
* Drill production long-holes to Client requirements
* Interpret drill plans and ensure hole accuracy
* Record and report drilling data
* Conduct pre-start inspections, risk assessments, and safety checks.
* Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on drill rigs to maintain uptime
* Liaise with other departments to support production
* Contribute to safety and productivity improvements
Requirements / Qualifications
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role
* Previous experience/exposure to Sandvik & Epiroc production machines
* Motivated self-starter who can work independently
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
* Police clearance (within 6 months)
* Manual Driver's Licence
* First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
