We are seeking Food Production, Packing Line Workers to become part of our team across AM & Night Shift (20% Shift Loading from 6pm to 6am).
AM Shifts – Start from 6am | Night Shifts – Start from 10:30pm

The key duties of this position are:
* Operate machinery.
* Measure ingredients and mix raw materials.
* Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations.
* Production and Packing lines
* Clean equipment and workspace
* Work safely and adhere to safe practices.
Key skills required to be successful in this role are:
* Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc.
* Manual handling up to 25kgs
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* High attention to detail with a positive attitude
* Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality. (Preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitasking.
* Able to stand for long periods at a time.Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts in temperature-controlled environment
* Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP)
* Basic understanding of HACCP principles (formal certification preferred but not required - training provided)
