Introduction

Centacare North Queensland is a not-for-profit organisation delivering counselling, family support, disability services, youth programs, crisis housing, education and community services across North Queensland.

About The Role

This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will:

* Lead and support a small team to deliver community‐based initiatives
* Build strong partnerships with local services, stakeholders and community groups
* Coordinate and drive projects aligned to community needs and program goals
* Facilitate networks, committees and collaborative forums across the region
* Support and guide community partners to deliver impactful outcomes

You'll play a key role in shaping how services respond to local needs — and see the impact of your work first hand.

What You'll Bring
* Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Human Services or similar
* Experience in community development, coordination or program delivery
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills
* Leadership capability — supporting, guiding and developing others
* Ability to work in a culturally responsive way with diverse communities
