In the role of **Agri**_business Banking Manager -you_** will join the Agri Business team that's doubling down on **_customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together_**
**Each day, you'll go above and beyond to**:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
- Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
**We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need**:
- Drive and tenacity
- Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
- Passion for relationship management
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred
- Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
