* Proven experience in refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects
* Understanding of refinery processes, safety systems, and compliance frameworks
* Strong leadership and supervisory capability (for managerial/supervisory roles)
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills
