Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager, located in Joondalup, WA. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain inventory levels. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, achieving store targets, handling customer service issues, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members to enhance store performance.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
* Proven experience in Store Management and team leadership
* Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques and best practices
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
* Prior experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is beneficial
