About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Dispensary Technician to join our 100 Health Pharmacy team in Robina, Queensland. This is a part-time/full-time role. As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of pharmacists in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and dispensing prescription medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
* Maintaining accurate records and inventory of pharmaceutical stock
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering queries and addressing concerns
* Assisting with the coordination of pharmacy operations, including workflow management and task delegation
* Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services
* Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and professional standards
What we're looking for
* Completed Certificate III or IV in Pharmacy (or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a dispensary or pharmacy setting
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Ability to work effectively in a team and under the supervision of a pharmacist
* Proficient in using pharmacy software and technology
* Commitment to continuing professional development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy practices
