About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and polished Concession Manager to lead our Fortitude Valley boutique. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for managing a team of four, driving performance, and delivering exceptional VIP service to a discerning client base. You will also play a key role in training and onboarding new team members, ensuring brand standards and service excellence are consistently upheld. With a structured roster and no late nights, this is a rare opportunity to lead within a premium retail environment while enjoying excellent work-life balance.
Skills and Experience
* Proven success in retail management, ideally within luxury, premium, or designer environments
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team
* A track record of delivering exceptional client experiences, with a VIP and consultative approach
* Excellent organisational and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
* Ability to drive sales performance, meet KPIs, and maintain high operational standards
