About the role:
As the Administration Officer duties for the role will include:
* Build and maintain strong supportive, collaborative relationships with Clinical Worker Health teams, WorkFIt and Staff Physical Wellness Physiotherapists, Staff Wellness Centre, WHS Prevention teams, Injury Management, Workforce Services, senior management, line managers, and employees to ensure service needs are effectively met.
* Coordinate appointments for the Staff Physical Wellness Service, WorkFit and the Clinical WHS nurse's clinic, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
* Prepare and manage memos, referrals, correspondence, and meeting minutes accurately and efficiently.
* Screen telephone calls, resolve routine enquiries, and identify matters requiring escalation to appropriate staff.
* Assist with the development of surveys and the collation, analysis, and reporting of results.
About you:
* Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Experience in the provision of administrative support tasks such as diary management and data management.
* Demonstrated experience with efficiently and accurately managing and using computer and data base systems, ie. SIMS, Microsoft office.
* Good interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management.
