Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team collaborates with Product, Credit, Finance, Technology, Data, and Platform teams to optimize business opportunities within clearly understood and acceptable risk parameters. The team maintains close ties with Macquarie's central Risk Management Group, Financial Management, People and Engagement Group.

What role will you play?
You will triage change requests and complete impact assessments for the Treasury Team, collaborating with stakeholders across the ecosystem to identify needs and translate them into requirements and user stories.
You will map and analyze current state processes and data flows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements when designing future state processes, working closely with data & platform teams to ensure quality regulatory and risk outcomes.
What you offer
* 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking and financial services
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels as a team player
* Understanding of agile methodologies
* An agile mindset focused on data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and delivering business value
* High attention to detail, learning mindset, flexibility, adaptability, motivation, and drive
* Experience with regulatory projects in the financial sector is desirable
