We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our non-teaching operations, ensuring excellence across finance, administration, property and facilities, marketing, enrolments, information technology, and contracted services.
This position plays a critical role in delivering on our strategic and 10-year business plans.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Provide leadership and strategy within a complex organisational structure
 * Drive innovation and growth by transforming operations and mindsets
 * Oversee financial and business improvements, governance, risk and compliance management
 * Foster strong partnerships with the community and external stakeholders
 * Lead human resources, line management, and succession planning
 * Guide marketing and enrolment strategies
 * Manage multiple projects, including capital works, with excellence
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading and managing teams, driving business growth, and fostering strong partnerships. They will also have a strong understanding of finance, administration, and property management.
