Join NSW Motorways that was created as a key recommendation of the 2024 Independent Toll Review. By prioritising the needs of motorists, NSW Motorways is dedicated to delivering a safer, fairer and more integrated transport system. It is also responsible for the oversight, management and strategic coordination of the NSW tolled motorway network.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the establishment and operation of a high‑performing, enterprise‑grade Program Delivery Office supporting critical tolling and motorway reform across NSW. Operating like a contemporary enterprise PDO, this role brings discipline, transparency and momentum to programs that matter to government, customers and the community.
You will develop, deliver and implement reform initiatives - setting delivery standards and partnering closely with delivery offices and functional leads to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and to quality with risks being mitigated or managed. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring confidence to drive reform, challenge constructively and embed maturity across portfolio, program and project delivery.
With accountability for risk, budget, scheduling and performance, you will implement robust controls, forecasting and reporting that enable informed executive decision‑making and delivery outcomes. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness, credibility and confidence of tolling and motorway reform across NSW.
