THE COMPANY
This newly acquired clinic in Taigum is in the process of rebranding and growing under the support of a large, respected network of specialist practices. With three doctors (not all full time), a new full-time nurse starting soon, and a part-time receptionist two days a week, this is a smaller and quieter practice compared to others in the network. Located in Taigum, the clinic is easily accessible with plenty of nearby amenities.
THE ROLE
This role offers a unique opportunity for either an experienced Practice Manager or a senior receptionist ready to step up into management. Because of its smaller size, you'll often be the only one on site with a nurse, so independence, initiative, and confidence are key. You'll be backed by nearby Practice Managers and a supportive Regional Manager, making it a great stepping stone for career progression.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Running day-to-day clinic operations with independence and ownership
- Working closely with doctors, nurses, and part-time reception staff
- Handling rostering, issue resolution, and ensuring clinic KPIs are met
- Taking initiative to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience
- Building a supportive, respectful team culture during this rebranding phase

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Practice Manager or Senior Medical Receptionist experience
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certificate IV in Practice Management or Business Administration preferred (not essential)
SALARY
$75,000 - $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
