As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing & driving the development of high‐quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions. You will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with cross‐functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to shape innovative solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

* Drive the development of secure, scalable digital solutions on AWS, aligned with platform standards.
* Provide hands‐on guidance to cross‐functional teams, ensuring code quality and best practice adherence.
* Collaborate with the Product Lead to design solutions for business use cases using established patterns.
* Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on goals.
* Manage backlog, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning to ensure timely and effective delivery.
* Obtain a deep understanding of the core platform, mentor team members, and act as the Platform SME to promote consistent and effective use.

Primary Skills

* Deep experience with core AWS services including Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, and AWS CDK.
* Strong backend skills in TypeScript (Node.js) and Python; familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
* Proficient with orchestration tools (Orques and Step Functions desirable) and integration patterns; strong understanding of API security (OAuth2).
* Hands‐on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and infrastructure automation.
* Proven track record in leading teams, Agile delivery, and designing scalable, reliable solutions with technical documentation.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with microservices architecture and event‐driven systems.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
* Proven ability to collaborate and effectively lead an engineering team.

Desired Skills

* Familiarity with SAP or other ERP platforms and integration approaches.
* Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
* Ability to contribute to platform strategy, solution design, and drive delivery in Agile environments.
* Familiarity or previous exposure to AI/ML workflows.
