The Role
We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to partner with leaders across our diverse retail network.
You'll provide trusted advice on employee relations, performance management, workplace matters, and interpreting legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements.
Your advice will make a real difference in creating positive outcomes for both team members and the business.
Responsibilities
* Advising line managers on workplace matters, disputes, underperformance, and compliance with employment laws.
* Drafting relevant documentation, escalating complex issues, and promoting a positive and legally compliant workplace culture.
* Providing guidance on the application of company policies and procedures.
* Supporting line managers to resolve complex workplace disputes and conflicts.
* Providing advice to line managers on underperformance matters and drafting performance improvement plans.

About You
* Employee relations experience advising on modern awards, employment matters, and the Fair Work Act 2009.
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
* Experience managing workplace investigations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
