Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front of house Team Member to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing beverages, and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests. Whether you're serving a regular or a first-time visitor, you’ll play a key role in creating an enjoyable café experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service.
Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations.

Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus, but not required.
