You'll build on your technical capability, grow your commercial acumen with exposure to acquisitions and integrations, and enhance your systems capability playing a role in an ERP implementation.
Whilst they're a busy business, you won't be buried. You'll work closely with a strong Group Financial Controller, with exposure across finance, FP&A and audit.
1‐day WFH post probation.
Your duties:
* Review of complex journals, consolidations and intercompany
* Month‐end governance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Statutory and management reporting (review + support)
* Acquisition accounting and new entity integration
* ERP implementation: testing, validation, improvement
* Acting as a senior point of contact for audit
There are no direct reports, but this is very clearly a step toward Finance Manager / Financial Controller capability.
What you bring:
* CA / CPA qualified
* Trained in Big 4 / Mid-tier audit
* Strong technical grounding, but able to apply it in a commercial environment
* Comfortable in a business that is moving: you embrace growth & change
* A mindset that leans toward ownership, not task completion
