Family Therapist
This role involves working with families who are experiencing complex issues and require specialist support to enhance their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of family dynamics and develop tailored intervention plans.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to promote healthy family functioning and support families at a time of change.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care and support services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and government agencies to access resources and support services.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Social Work or a related field, with extensive experience working with vulnerable families.
* Advanced therapeutic skills and ability to conduct complex psychosocial assessments.
* Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to the needs of families in stressful situations.
* Substantial experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with other healthcare teams, government agencies, and NGO organizations.
