Salary: $76,515 – $82,000 + Superannuation (based on skills and experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled, passionate Baker to join our production team in a full-time capacity. This role requires someone dedicated to producing high-quality pretzels and baked goods consistently while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily preparation and baking of pretzels, dough products, and other menu items
Mixing, shaping, boiling, and baking dough according to recipes and production requirements
Operating and cleaning bakery equipment, ovens, and tools
Ensuring high food safety and hygiene compliance (HACCP standards)
Monitoring product quality and consistency throughout production
Managing stock levels, dough proofing times, and ingredient usage
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Assisting with training of junior staff when required
Required Skills & Experience:
Relevant baking qualification (Certificate III Bakery/Patisserie) and/or a minimum of 3 years full-time experience in a commercial bakery environment
Experience with dough handling, proofing, and artisan baking techniques
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Team player with good communication skills
