We are seeking an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative and close-knit marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing marketing administration, project coordination, events, digital support, and stakeholder communication across multiple brands, centres, and commercial properties.
You will gain hands-on exposure across campaigns, events, digital marketing, partnerships, and commercial projects, while continuing to learn and grow professionally within a supportive team environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the marketing team, your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, projects, events, activations, and partnership deliverables
* Managing timelines, deadlines, approvals, trackers, and project management systems
* Briefing creative assets into Trello and coordinating deliverables with designers, suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders
* Supporting supplier, vendor, media, and stakeholder communication, bookings, quotes, and follow-ups
* Coordinating logistics for events, activations, shoots, signage, printing, collateral, and promotional materials
* Assisting with content scheduling, blog writing, newsletters, website updates, digital listings, and Google Business updates
* Supporting digital marketing administration including basic SEO implementation, lead tracking, and reporting assistance
* Managing asset organisation, stock coordination, file management, and campaign administration
* Coordinating internal communications, sponsorship deliverables, partnership assets, and promotional activities
* Supporting day-to-day marketing operations across multiple brands and properties
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be:

* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
* A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
* Experienced in administration, coordination, or marketing support roles
A qualification in Marketing would be a nice to have but is not essential. More importantly, you will have a sound understanding and knowledge of marketing principles and processes.
Experience with platforms such as Canva, social media scheduling tools, websites, or digital marketing platforms will be highly regarded.
