The Role
As General Manager, you will lead the full operations of a digital asset brokerage and exchange platform.
Your remit spans strategic growth, operational efficiency, compliance oversight, customer excellence, and cross-functional leadership.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company's strategy, optimise performance across trading and brokerage operations, enhance the user experience, and ensure the business remains at the forefront of innovation and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
Oversee daily exchange and brokerage operations, ensuring efficiency and security.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and cryptocurrency industry standards.
Manage and optimise customer acquisition, retention, and overall user experience.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team across various departments.
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and technological advancements to drive innovation.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies.
Act as a key spokesperson and advocate for the company within the crypto and financial services community.
What You Bring
Senior leadership experience within a Crypto exchange, brokerage, fintech, or financial services business.
Strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, regulatory frameworks, and trading environments.
Proven capability in operational leadership, compliance management, and multi-team oversight.
Commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth while keeping client outcomes at the centre.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial instincts and the appetite to build, refine and scale.
