We’re seeking a Finance Technology & Innovation Lead to play a pivotal role in strengthening the way our finance systems, data and processes support decision-making and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role sits at the intersection of finance and technology and is critical to enabling a high-performing, insight-driven finance function. What will you do? Own and optimise ECMS’s core finance platform (TechnologyOne), ensuring systems operate at peak performance with strong data integrity and controls. Lead finance system upgrades, enhancements and integrations, partnering closely with finance and IT teams. Drive process automation, digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across finance. Establish and maintain best-practice governance, policies and control frameworks for finance systems. Provide expert guidance on system configuration, troubleshooting and user acceptance testing. Develop and deliver training, documentation and capability-building initiatives to uplift system knowledge and confidence across the finance team. Lead the development of dashboards, reporting and business intelligence solutions to enhance transparency and decision-making. Monitor system performance, security and compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory, audit and data governance requirements. More about you You have a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or a related field (CA/CPA highly regarded). You bring significant experience in finance systems, ERP platforms and process optimisation, with proven expertise in TechnologyOne. You’ve led or played a key role in finance technology transformations, system implementations or large-scale upgrades. You have strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance. You’re a confident collaborator who can influence across finance, IT and the broader organisation. You’re solutions-focused, curious and motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
