About The Role
Join our Planning and Building Branch and help us deliver efficient, high quality services across Statutory Planning, Building Control and Business Support. As our Operations Analyst, you'll work closely with the Branch Leadership Team to support business planning, reporting and financial management, and play a key role in improving our systems and processes. You will also manage allocated projects and provide clear reports and recommendations that help drive better decision making across the branch.

About You
You're well organised, analytical and proactive, with a knack for improving how things work. You bring experience in business planning, reporting or operational support, and feel confident managing projects from end to end. You enjoy working with leaders, solving problems, and turning data and insights into practical recommendations. Most of all, you are someone who likes to make things easier, simpler and more efficient for the teams you support.
What Your Experience Might Look Like
* Strong analytical skills to gather, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
* Proven ability to identify, develop and implement change initiatives to improve process quality and service delivery.
* Experience in business planning, reporting, risk, business analytics, KPI reporting, database management and budget responsibilities.
* Ability to manage process improvement projects, including planning, execution and monitoring.
