Job Description What is the role all about? As our Business Development Executive – MICE, you’ll play a key role in driving conference, group and events business across Pullman & ibis Adelaide. Focused on building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities, you will actively identify, convert and grow business within the MICE and corporate segments to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include: Proactively sourcing, developing and converting new MICE and corporate business opportunities Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, PCOs and key industry partners Implementing a dynamic sales call plan aligned with market trends and business needs Maintaining and growing existing accounts to maximise revenue opportunities Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and successful events Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to support sales strategies Representing the hotels and Accor brand at industry and networking events Maintaining accurate client records, activity tracking and pipeline management in CRM systems
