Bene Aged Care is currently seeking expressions of interest from an experienced and motivated professional. We are looking for an experienced aged care manager as a roving Residential Site Manager across Bene's 4 residential sites.
About The Role
As a Residential Site Manager (RSM), you will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Aged Care in providing site operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide interim leadership at residential site as required.
* Oversee clinical, operational, and workforce.
* Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
* Support staff performance, accountability, and professional development.
* Promote a culture of safety, respect, and service excellence.
* Engage with older persons, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive care environment.
About You
* AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience as a Residential Site Manager in aged care, with a strong track record of operational and clinical leadership.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Residential Site Manager.
* Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation, and clinical systems.
* A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different site environments.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Current National Police Clearance.
* Valid SA Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between sites.
