We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager with strong supermarket experience who can reduce shrinkage, maintain safety standards and support stores across Western Australia.
Requirements
* More than 7 years of supermarket experience
* Able to travel to all locations, including regional WA
* Strong initiative and time management
* Self-driven, honest and committed
* Able to identify risks and implement action plans
* Experience with WorkSafe procedures
* Experience with MSDS requirements
* Contacts in the security sector, including alarms, guards, safes and licensing
* Preferred experience with supermarket IT and Smart Retail
* Able to communicate clearly at all levels of the business
* Able to identify shrinkage issues and put plans in place to reduce them
