This is for a part-time/casual position that may transition into full time hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Use professional equipment to capture high-quality video footage, including interviews, events, and product demonstrations.
- Edit video footage into compelling stories that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver content that meets those goals.
- Manage video files and ensure they are organized and easily accessible.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for videography and video editing.
- Use sound design, color correction, and other post-production techniques to enhance the final video product.
- Provide guidance and direction to other team members involved in the production process.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience using professional-grade video equipment and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.
- Sound level understanding of composition, lighting, and sound design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio of previous work demonstrating videography and video editing skills.
