About This Opportunity
This is a pivotal role within our Customer Assets and Workplace Services team. As a Shared Services Support Officer, you will provide customer-centric support across various channels, including live chat, emails and telephone calls.
You will be based in our Service Centre where you will acquire expertise in processes and systems, leverage collaboration tools and process transactions accordingly for internal/external customers.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in a service organisation, with the ability to adapt and learn new processes and procedures as new technology, service requirements and work methods emerge.
Key responsibilities include:
