Phone is the easy-to-use "no fandangle" smartphone for people that struggle with regular mobile phones. Created here in the Southern Highlands of NSW we care deeply that older people can easily communicate and connect with others.
Only launching last year, we have been reviewed by Choice Magazine and are delighted our phone is already second in the Australian market. Many of our corporate customers have started to hear about us, but do not yet have a relationship with us, and so are now looking for a Sales Coordinator as part of a team to build customer relationships at all levels, grow the business and contribute as part of our fantastic sales team to success.
About the role

Purple
Phone as part of a dedicated team, and will be integral in fostering a warm and supportive company culture where genuine love, empathy and care for others is evident in all you do.
2. It will be a hybrid work from home and office role in Kiama. This is a full-time role and the working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
3. We are looking for a bubbly personality and a doer who can create momentum and drive positive relationships.
4. While most client meetings and demos can be held online, there will be occasions you will need to travel to meet with clients, or to attend conferences and trade shows.

Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities are two fold:
* sales team coordination
* corporate customer engagement
You will be building one-to-one relationships with our corporate customers at senior levels, developing corporate accounts so that Big
Purple
Phone is the go-to solution for mobile phones. You will have day to day contact with team leaders, managers, regional directors and business owners. You will be speaking and presenting and be proactive advocate for the brand.
Reporting to the management team you will be flexible working in a hybrid role at your home location and office.
The day to day activity involves:
1. Be part of the sales process by answering product queries with potential customers and their carers and families
2. Processing incoming orders efficiently and accurately
3. Presenting and hosting sales presentations
4. Acting as a role model in line with BigPurplePhone values
5. Contribute to team sales targets, with quarterly bonuses
6. Coordinating the day to day sales operations of the business
7. Contribute to stretch goals, with "pig-headed" determination to achieve them. Seek major improvements, not just tweaking of the system.
8. Contribute to team meetings to evaluate results; discuss ways to improve your team and system performance.
9. Report results and progress to management team
10. Manage CRM to ensure accuracy of records
