Lead and manage a portfolio of insurance claims with professionalism and empathy
Advocate fiercely on behalf of clients to secure fair outcomes
Handle complex cases using your industry knowledge and negotiation skills
Assist with claims compliance and support process improvements
Guide less experienced consultants and help shape our evolving team culture
What You Bring
Proven experience in insurance claims—domestic, commercial, or both
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
A natural ability to manage complex cases with confidence
