Auswide are built on strong values, community focus and genuine care for customers. We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to support our customers across both of our Rockhampton & Yeppoon branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service across all touchpoints
* Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, account openings and closures
* Understand customer needs and discuss banking products and services that may be suitable
* Verify and update deposit and lending applications and complete processing accurately and on time
* Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures and legislative requirements
* Act as a voice for the customer by identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
* Work collaboratively within the team and assist with onboarding new team members
About You
* Strong communication skills with good attention to detail
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
* A willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of your performance
* Previous experience in banking, lending or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
