PRIMARY OBJECTIVE The Recruitment Administrator provides strong administrative and coordination support to the recruitment function. The role supports hiring across operations, farming, logistics, technical, and corporate roles by managing recruitment records, coordinating pre employment checks, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring accurate system updates. The position plays an Important role In keeping recruitment activities organised, compliant, and running on time, while supporting a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a casual role (3 days a week) for couple of months for now with a potential of on-going. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Administration and Coordination Provide administrative support across recruitment activities for blue collar and white collar roles. Coordinate interview scheduling including phone screenings, group interviews, online interviews, and face to face interviews. Confirm interview bookings with candidates and internal stakeholders and manage changes where required. Support recruitment by tracking applications and assisting with candidate progression through each stage. Candidate Communication Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview confirmations, next steps, and outcomes. Ensure candidates understand pre employment requirements and timelines. Respond to general recruitment related enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Pre Employment Screening and Compliance Coordinate pre employment screening activities including medical assessments and physical capacity testing with external providers. Track bookings, attendance, and results, and follow up on outstanding requirements. Assist with reference checks, police checks, and right to work verification as required. Escalate any risks, delays, or non-clearances to HR / Recruitment Lead. System Administration and Record Keeping Maintain accurate and up to date candidate and employee records in Dayforce and related recruitment systems. Update recruitment statuses, notes, start dates, and documentation as required. Maintain recruitment trackers for medicals, onboarding progress, agency staff, and commencements. Support basic recruitment reporting and ensure records are audit ready. Onboarding and Commencement Support Assist with preparing and issuing employment documentation as directed. Track receipt of contracts and onboarding documents to ensure completion before start dates. Support induction planning and coordinate onboarding requirements with HR, payroll, training, stores and other teams. Assist HR team with preparation of welcome packs and Recruitment team for Day One onboarding arrangements. Agency and Stakeholder Support Support recruitment activities involving labour hire and agencies by maintaining records and following up documentation. Communicate with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and urgent recruitment needs. Provide consistent and professional support to hiring managers and support teams. General Responsibilities Handle confidential information with care and in line with privacy and company requirements. Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, and trackers. Assist during recruitment peaks and large scale hiring activities as required. Carry out any other reasonable recruitment or administrative duties as communicated from time to time, in line with the requirements of the role and business needs.
