About The Role
Offering an opportunity to join our Sales team, we are on the hunt for motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for residential property and a knack for building great relationships. We've got the stock, you've got the skill to close the deal
Key Responsibilities Include
• Responding to buyer inquiries - no prospecting required
• Meeting prospective buyers, qualifying them, conducting inspections and running open homes
• Guiding buyers through the sales process from first meeting to settlement
• Providing exceptional customer service, and following up promptly with potential buyers

Key Requirements To Be Considered
• Minimum 2+ years experience in residential property sales
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Full-time role, 5 days per week - must be able to work every Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)
• Your own reliable car and a valid driver's licence

• You are well presented and professional at all times
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Confident closer, but aren't forceful
• Self motivated, ambitious and driven
• Organised with great attention to detail
• Have strong rapport building and relationship management skills
