We are currently seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Wagga Wagga
About the role
You will be supporting NDIS participants with day-to-day activities and community engagement, working in a person-centred and respectful way. Supports may include personal care, daily living assistance, community access, and social activities, with a focus on building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections.
You will work closely with participants and their families to provide consistent, reliable, and high-quality support.

What you will need
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
* Certificate III or IV in Disability Support, Individual Support or Community Services, or working towards or demonstrated experience.
* Current driver's licence, insurance and a reliable vehicle.
* First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
* Strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine interest in supporting people with disability and psychosocial needs.
