The role:
As CBRE Office Manager, you will assist and coordinate office services activities, supporting the smooth operation of a client office or business function within the Office Operations team.
The opportunity:
Coordinate and manage daily team activities, including work schedules, task assignments, weekly safety inspections, and walkabouts as per set KPIs with clients.
Track office occupancy, meeting room usage, and energy consumption in line with the client’s sustainability initiatives.
Support employee onboarding, including card access issues and meeting room booking orientation.
Coordinate office activities with various departments for product training, sustainability programs, or HR events like Townhalls or fireside chats.
Maintain vendor relationships to ensure regular maintenance, both planned and reactive requests.
Provide solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and adaptability.
Collaborate with Facility Managers to mitigate risks, identify barriers, and develop strategies to overcome them.
Support innovative initiatives to deliver breakthrough solutions for the account.
Work with Facility Managers from various countries to improve reporting efficiency.
Utilize data analysis and process knowledge to drive innovation.
Lead by example, demonstrating behaviors aligned with RISE values, building consensus, and achieving common goals.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve daily and moderate issues within existing systems and processes.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant facilities operations experience.
Ability to exercise judgment and analyze information effectively.
Open to new perspectives and solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
