FPAS Safety Assessor Are you an experienced FPAS-accredited professional with a passion for safety, compliance, and leadership? About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated FPAS Safety Assessor to oversee fire safety assessments and compliance across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout Sydney, including data centres, metro infrastructure, schools, residential, commercial and industrial properties, strata complexes, and hotels. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive fire safety assessments in accordance with FPAS (Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme) requirements. Ensure all sites meet regulatory compliance standards. Manage annual fire safety statement (AFSS) submissions and schedules. Liaise with building owners, facility managers, fire safety contractors, and certifying authorities. Maintain accurate documentation, risk registers, and audit trails for compliance reporting. Qualifications & Experience: FPAS Accredited Practitioner (Fire Safety Assessor) preferred; however, candidates working towards accreditation with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply. Proven experience managing compliance schedules and client portfolios. Excellent communication and report writing skills. Full NSW Driver’s License.
