Senior Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team in the Restructuring & Recovery division. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex engagements, mentor a high-performing team, and work closely with clients and stakeholders across various industries.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, communication, and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major or a completed Law degree with an interest in insolvency. A minimum of 8 years' experience in professional services, with 4-5 years in a leadership role, is also required.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing personal and corporate insolvency matters, providing specialist advice to clients and internal teams, leading and briefing staff, allocating tasks, and overseeing performance. They will also need to apply deep knowledge of case law and statutory requirements, monitor and meet statutory deadlines, oversee asset realisation processes, conduct interviews with directors and bankrupt individuals, liaise with financiers, legal professionals, agents, and auctioneers, and share insights on market trends and best practices.
