Our organization seeks a Trade Control Manager to lead our export and trade compliance function.
This pivotal role ensures operations meet requirements of Australian, UK, and US export control frameworks while safeguarding sensitive technology and data.
The subject matter expert oversees end-to-end management of trade controls, leads steering committees, and acts as the central point of contact for regulatory matters.
Liaising with government authorities, guiding business units on compliance, and providing strategic advice to senior leadership are key responsibilities.
This leadership role has 3–4 direct reports, balancing technical expertise with people management.
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of Australian, UK and U.S export controls are required.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the Defence industry is preferred.
