About the Role
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our innovative service. You will provide strong, visible leadership and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a dedicated team of health professionals
* Ensure safe, effective, and evidence‐based care delivery
* Manage staffing, budgets, and operational workflows
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and accreditation standards
* Build strong relationships with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and learning‐focused workplace culture
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated leadership experience within acute and rehabilitation care setting
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to patient‐centred care and clinical excellence
* Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
* Hold current First Aid and CPRcertificates
* Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
* If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up‐to‐date vaccinations.
