Sales Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to lead our sales strategy across diverse residential portfolios.

* Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in medium-density communities, large-scale government housing projects, and other high-value opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, builders, government agencies, and industry partners.
* Represent our brand through compelling technical sales presentations, sponsorships, and industry events that showcase our solutions.
* Collaborate across teams to unlock new business opportunities and close complex deals, leveraging expertise from the Sales team, Trade Service Centres, and Business Managers.
* Negotiate and secure supply agreements aligned with pricing strategies and tailored to each customer's needs.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell value-added products and accessories, fostering long-term partnerships with customers.
* Contribute to regional strategy development, including the establishment of new Trade Service Centres and deployment of targeted territory plans.

Required Skills:

* Proven track record of success in sales business development, preferably in the construction or real estate sectors.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in creating compelling technical sales pitches.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
