The Role
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and take-offs for residential builds
* Manage procurement and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
* Track budgets and assist with cost reporting
* Support project coordination, approvals and handover documentation
* Work collaboratively with design, construction and client teams
* Maintain quality control across all project stages
The Criteria
* Previous experience as an Estimator in residential construction
* Strong knowledge of SA building codes and the NCC
* Proficiency in estimating software, Excel and Buildertrend
* Collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed to help the project
