**About the Role**
Based in our Villawood Immigration Detention Centre (VIDC) site, this position will work closely with the Senior Management Team to support and oversee projects and ensure timelines, budgets and scope is achieved accordingly. You will partner with the business to engage and support both internal and external stakeholders with the preparation, management & maintenance and review of employee injury prevention, recovery management plans and other documentation as required. You will also provide ad-hoc project management/ project coordination support on operational projects as required by the Senior Management Team. Capability to positively engage with operational staff and managers along with linking strategy to operational and people-based enablers is required. Additionally, stakeholder engagement is also a key requirement as is highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
**About You**
You will be an experienced Project Co-ordinator able to provide specialist injury management support for employees work and non-work-related injuries and illnesses. You will be a specialist in providing technical advice, coaching line managers in developing the necessary skills to drive appropriate behaviour and utilising external professional networks to optimise results. You will have great attention to detail, have a pro-active approach and are highly organised in your day-to-day tasks.

- Proven experience in project management roles, having worked in an injury management, investigative and/or return-to-work or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of NSW Workers Compensation and Health and Safety legislation and requirements.
- Previous experience in managing projects in a highly demanding and operational environment, including the review and preparation of complex reports, projects.
- Highly developed negotiating and influencing skills
