**The Company**:
This position is being recruited for a widely recognised, **International Hydraulics and Engineered Solutions company**. Providing fluid power, motion control and hydraulic filtration solutions into a wide range of markets, such as defence, transport, OEM, mining, resource, construction and agriculture.
They can provide solutions from simple hose, fittings and connectors through to hydraulic filtration, monitoring and flow-control and complete hydraulic and pneumatic system integration.
Their products development teams able support their commercial objectives by continuously and consistently concepting new engineered solutions within the hydraulic and pneumatic markets. The ability to deliver both simple and complex solutions has put this company at the forefront of the market verticals that it works across.
**The Position**:
As the **National Franchise Administrator **based in the **Sydney Hills District **offices, you will provide assistance with the strategic direction and ensure compliance of the Franchise system. This role will work directly with the National Franchise Manager to maintain focus on the development and growth of the Franchise Network.
On any given day your duties will involve:
- Assist the National Franchise Manager with the selection and recruitment for new franchisees
- Maintain Franchise Agreements
- Support the Franchise Manager with the Draft and Release of National and State Contracts
- Maintain Retail Location Profiles
- Maintain databases and collate data
- Respond to enquiries from the franchisees
**The Package**:
- A base salary of up to **$75k PA** + Superannuation + Company Bonuses
- Full product training
- A sales incentive bonus scheme, paid annually (average 10% of your salary)
- Qualifications in either Administration, Franchising or Marketing
- Franchise knowledge
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to manage projects and effectively coordinate tasks
- Strong administrative, reporting and communication skills
- Strong relationship builder
- Good time management skills, along with the ability to multi task
- High degree of initiative and strong work ethic
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to continually learn and develop
