Well-equipped camp featuring ensuite rooms, sports court, and fully equipped gym to keep you comfortable and active while away from home A growing company that's supports employee's development THE ROLE Operate and monitor processing plant equipment safely and efficiently Operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner Conduct routine inspections and report any faults or irregularities Perform manual handling tasks and assist with plant maintenance Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required WHAT DO I NEED Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence Experience working within a gold processing plant or the mining industry (desirable) Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights, and Forklift tickets (desirable) A strong willingness to learn and grow A positive, team-oriented attitude Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable Excellent communication skills The Westgold Offer: A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer A range of benefits including: Performance based bonus Group salary continuous insurance A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.
