Responsibilities
- Lead ICT service delivery initiatives and manage team workflows to meet operational priorities and digital needs across the health service.
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Mentor staff, refine processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
