Job Description
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker based at Murray Bridge, you'll support and deliver personal care to clients of all ages.
Delivering tailored support to individuals with low to high-level needs
Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, appointments, and recreational outings
Encouraging positive routines and behaviours in a respectful and flexible manner.
Monitoring and supporting individual program plans and report outcomes
Safely assisting with mobility and physical support needs
Shifts will include 24/7 supports, predominantly SIL and Individualised Support

We're Looking For Someone Who Brings
Experience and commitment to encouraging and facilitating participating in activities of daily living
Strong understanding and commitment to person-centred care
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Confident using client management systems and maintaining accurate records
Experience with behaviour support strategies and health needs
Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education And Qualifications
Minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
A current driver's license (minimum P2 required)
Current First Aid Certificate
Willingness to complete all mandatory training requirements
Knowledge of National Disability Standards and safeguarding practices
