We're partnering with a growing organisation that is strengthening its internal operations as demand continues to rise. The business is building out its commercial foundations and now needs a Commercial Finance Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and strategic oversight. You'll work closely with senior leaders, guide financial processes, and lift reporting visibility. The role suits someone who enjoys both hands‐on work and influencing broader business decisions.
What you will be responsible for:
* Oversee day‐to‐day financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month‐end processes.
* Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and commercial analysis for senior leadership and board stakeholders.
* Manage annual budgets, forecasting, cashflow, and financial modelling to support planning and decision making.
* Ensure compliance with tax requirements, audits, accounting standards, and internal controls.
* Strengthen financial systems, introduce automation tools, and improve processes to support scale and operational efficiency.
* Partner closely with leaders across operations, product, customer teams, and executive functions to support performance and commercial outcomes.
* Manage relationships with external advisors including auditors, tax specialists, and legal partners.
What you bring:
* 8+ years of experience in Finance Management, Accounting, or Commercial Finance roles.
* CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
* Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
* Proven experience improving systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.
* A proactive, hands‐on approach, comfortable balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
