Job Title: Road Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service to our trade customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
About the Role:
* Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts and products to our trade customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
* Safely deliver parts and products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships.
* Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering products.
* Assist the team with other tasks as required, such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and customer enquiries.
Requirements:
* Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency.
* Customer service mindset; able to build strong customer relationships.
* Friendly and knowledgeable attitude.
* Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
* Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
* Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices.
* Hold a current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
* Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable).
* Available Mon - Fri and flexible to work other days if requested.
