Job details

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures. Review and evaluate new administrative procedures. Delegate work to office support staff. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Perform data entry. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Resolve conflict situations. Monitor and evaluate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Organized. Ability to multitask. Time management. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers. Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations. Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers. Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers .
