They now seek a passionate Field Development Consultant to join their high-performing Field Development team. The Opportunity As an Field Development Consultant, you’ll be the force of transformation for centres across NSW—working hand-in-hand with educators, owners, and operational leaders to elevate student outcomes and drive business success. With a unique balance of educational guidance, operational consulting, and local area marketing campaigns, you'll have the autonomy to influence how learning centres grow, thrive, and stand out in their communities. Split your time between site visits and North Sydney HQ, where you'll collaborate with a passionate, supportive team. Your Impact Build trusted partnerships with multisite stakeholders to support growth and quality improvement. Conduct centre audits and operational reviews to identify areas for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations for centre growth, marketing, and student engagement. Facilitate tailored marketing and enrolment strategies to boost local awareness and recruitment. Support policy and procedure implementation and compliance across centres. Guide development of centre business and education plans. Oversee key reporting processes – including student, financial, and parent engagement metrics. Travel across Sydney and greater NSW (vehicle allowance provided). What You’ll Bring A passion for education, growth, and community impact. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Experience or interest in operations, business development, or marketing strategy within an education or service-led environment. A degree in Education, Business, or a related field. Full working rights in Australia. Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
